Vinyl Siding & Shake Siding Installation

We completed vinyl siding on this house in Avon, Ohio. Mr. and Mrs. Simkovich wanted to increase the curb appeal of their home and add the texture of the vinyl shake siding installation, with none of the maintenance of wood.

This is the perfect example of giving a home the dramatic appeal that it deserves. This beautiful two story home in Avon, Ohio showcases the power of undergoing a massive siding transformation. In this project, we performed a both a traditional vinyl siding and a shake siding installation, both in dark Nightfall tones This combination of two dynamic textures allowed us to craft a cohesive and unique look and a protective exterior all at the same time. The deep Nightfall hue provided a modern update to this classic structure, making for a structure that is elegant as it is durable.

The main body of the home features a brand new classic horizontal vinyl siding. This is a classic material that is an ideal and popular choice for it's low maintenance features, high durability, and resistance to the all weather elements in the Avon, Ohio area. Due to all of these, this siding will allow the home to have both a unique and stunning appearance for years to come, without the constant need for painting or repair work.

Unique texture is added to the home in the garage dormer, where vinyl shake siding installation has been performed to contrast with the smoother traditional siding below.
